General FAQ
Common questions about our practice
What is telehealth and how does it work?
Telehealth allows you to have medical appointments via secure video from your home. You’ll receive a link before your appointment, connect with your provider, and receive the same quality care as an in-person visit. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently a cash-pay practice, which allows us to offer competitive pricing and spend more time with each patient. We provide detailed receipts that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I prepare for my telehealth appointment?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and a quiet, private space. Have your ID ready, along with a list of current medications and any relevant medical records. Complete all intake forms before your appointment.
What states do you serve?
We currently provide telehealth services to patients located in Florida. You must be physically present in Florida during your appointment.
How are prescriptions handled?
After your consultation, prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. For weight loss medications, we work with specialty pharmacies that can ship directly to your home.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can manage your appointments through the RXNT patient portal or contact our office directly.
